But the horrible was the mistakes in the examples that autor quotes. I bought the spanish version of this book. The most terrible was in the page 176. And I thought that it was a great book.Certainly the comment of Blanchard in the backcover was important for me to decide buying this book. But when I started to read it, I found it so so so BASIC. The author say that Goering was the minister of the nazi propaganda. He was not, Goebbels was.At first I thought that all mistakes were about the spanish translation, but the same mistakes are in the english version of this so basic and bad book.My final recommendation: Don't buy it, Do not waste your precious money.

My favorite comment in this book is "the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth should not be three separate things." I love that. Booher packs this easy to read book with many other great ideas that have made me a better communicator.
It's hard to imagine a better communicator than Booher. Her work has established her as one of the primary authors in the field of communication -- and this book takes it to an even higher level. And, it's hard to imagine why any leader would not have this book on her or his shelf.It is difficult to find the organization where communication is extraordinary. "The Voice of Authority" will assist any business -- of any size -- improve the way people relate internally and externally.
I was looking for a book to change my voice but instead I found out that it was a book about comunicating in work. It is an easy to read book, and I liked it, but it did not have great affect on my voice.
